WHAT IS A BALLOON ARCH?
A balloon arch is an arrangement of balloons that is free-standing. These make great back drops!
CAN I MAKE MY OWN BALLOON ARCH/GARLAND?
YES! BLOONS encourages you to master a new skill.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER MY BALLOONS?
BLOONS highly recommends you book balloons a month in advance as our calendar gets full quickly. However, we will try to accomomdate all requests!
SHOULD I PUT THE BALLOONS INSIDE OR OUTSIDE FOR MY EVENT?
It’s your event! You choose! Keep in mind all factors that can cause your balloons to pop or deflate & note that balloons will last longer inside.
HOW LONG DO THE BALLOONS LAST?
The balloons will last indoors up to one month.
Unfortunately, balloons outdoors do not last as long as they do indoors.
If you are putting the balloons outdoors, we recommend keeping them indoors until about 3 hours before the party.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY BALLOONS POP, DEFLATE, OR COME LOOSE?
BLOONS cannot guarantee the timeframe balloons will last. Many factors can cause balloons to pop or deflate. We recommend following our care tips.
WHY CHOOSE BLOONS RATHER THAN ORDER MY OWN BALLOON KIT?
While a balloon kit bought online may be cheaper, we promise it’s not the same!
With BLOONS, you can fully customize your arch; color, size, & style!
When reaching out, please be mindful that you are paying for materials + labor + overhead + delivery + assembly rather than a “DIY” price.
WHAT IS A BALLOON GARLAND?
A balloon garland is an arrangement of balloons fully assembled and ready to attach to a structure (like a door frame or stair railing).
WHAT SIZE BALLOON ARCH SHOULD I ORDER?
BLOONS recommends measuring your space to customize the arch height & width.
WHEN SHOULD I HAVE MY BALLOONS DELIVERED?
BLOONS recommends having your balloons delivered the day of, or the day before, your event.
DO THE BALLOON ARCHES NEED HELIUM?
BLOONS balloon arches are made without helium in order to help them last longer!
HOW LONG CAN AN AIR-FILLED BALLOON ARCH LAST?
They can last a month or longer if all of our care tips are followed.
*Pro Tip: Direct sunlight causes balloons to pop. We recommend putting balloons in the most shaded area possible so they will last longer.
IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE?
Yes. Delivery fees will vary depending on the location of your event.
ARE BALLOONS FOR RENT?
No, balloon arches are meant for one-time use & are custom-made for each customer.
DO YOU HELP CLEAN UP AFTER THE EVENT?
We certainly can! If you need help cleaning up, there will be an additional fee.
